The Suite is dedicated to the owner’s aunt, the wife of Mantuan painter Archimede Bresciani da Gazoldo, whose artworks adorn several rooms and the dining hall of the castle. It features a bright and comfortable sitting room, with windows overlooking the evocative rolling hills of the Crete Senesi. The Suite is elegantly decorated with an antique carpet and silk curtains in a soft apricot hue.
It is dedicated to painter Archimede Bresciani da Gazoldo, the first husband of the owner’s great aunt. Alongside his works, you'll find pieces by other contemporary artists and family friends. Located on the second floor of the castle’s tower, the suite was recently renovated with colors inspired by the surrounding garden: lavender in the living room, acid green and fuchsia pink in the bedrooms, and green stripes in the bathroom.
A charming and intimate suite nestled under the roof of the master’s villa, featuring two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a cozy sitting room. It was once the residence of the gamekeeper of the San Fabiano estate. We chose raw fabrics and golden hues to reflect both the simplicity and elegance of this special place. The suite’s windows offer peaceful views over the park.
This room captures the youthful spirit of Duchess Beatrice Lante della Rovere, the owner’s grandmother, with elegant furnishings and rich color contrasts: gold and burgundy blend beautifully with silk drapes on the walls. Wrought-iron beds, vintage furniture, silk curtains, and an old wood-burning stove evoke the charm of a bygone era. A modern bathroom and a stylish cupboard complete the room’s timeless elegance.
This room boasts Louis XIV-style furniture, highlighted by a delicate sage green palette. The bed, with a Vienna straw headboard, once belonged to a romantic young girl: the future mother of the current owner. To enhance the romantic ambiance, we chose silk fabrics in pink shades, complementing the carpet's soft tones. A bright bathroom, with both a tub and shower, offers views of the park surrounding the castle.
The Ambassador's Room honors our tradition of hosting distinguished guests, including an ambassador who stayed during hunting expeditions at the San Fabiano Estate. Furnished with antiques from our family, each piece tells a story of elegance and nobility. The refined atmosphere blends the charm of the past with modern comfort, offering a sophisticated and intimate stay.
Dedicated to the owner’s mother, who often found peace in this quiet corner of Tuscany, the room offers a serene view of the Stables Garden and the rolling Sienese hills beyond. Furnished with a Louis XVI wardrobe and silk curtains, it is adorned with a Madonna painting in gold leaf on a crimson background, a soft carpet, a vintage sink, and an old stove—creating a warm, intimate space rich in refined simplicity.
